Por homología de secuencia hemos determinado que se trata de GPx4 pero no lo podemos afirmar con rotundidad ya que esta decisión está basada en el SCORE de los pairwise-alignments realizados con t_coffee (hemos visto que no siempre nos dan resultados con sentido biológico). Aún así, en este caso se coincide con la anotación del gen en NCBI, respaldando nuestro resultado.
