GENE PROMOTERS PREDICTION

This program has been designed to predict where are the gene promoters regions in the euchariotyc organisms genome. This regions, upstream of the transcription iniciation site are keys factors the in the gene expression regulation. It is thought that gene promoters are the most important checkpoints in the DNA into mRNA transcription.
